1) DIAGNOSTICS
IT Solutions will diagnose your problem and provide a preliminary estimate for repairs. A minimum diagnostic fee of $29.95 will apply for remote diagnostics and $49.95 for on-site diagnostics. If additional diagnostic fees apply, they will be quoted after the situation is evaluated. No fee will be charged if a diagnosis is not given.
2) PRIVACY
We take your privacy very seriously! IT Solutions will not search your hard drive or open files unnecessarily. Any information revealed to us during the course of service is held in the strictest confidence. The one exception is kiddie porn, which will be reported to the police or to a very mean vigilante.
3) WARRANTY
IT Solutions will warranty remote repairs for a period of 14 days and on-site repairs for 60 days against the same occurrence provided all recommended repairs are completed and protection against viruses and voltage surge is insured. New PC installations are covered for a period of 1 year excluding damage caused by viruses , voltage surge or improper use. Parts are covered by the factory warranty only which varies per manufacturer.
4) LIABILITY
Liability from service will be limited to the amount charged. No liability will be assumed for loss of data, loss of time or any other consequential damage. IT Solutions will offer data back-up before irreversible changes are made to the hard drive. Due to the nature of electronics and viruses, complete restoration cannot be assured.
5) DEFINITIONS
The term “viruses” as used in this document includes all forms of viruses, spyware, malware, worms, Trojans and any other electronic program designed to corrupt the normal function of a computer.
The term “voltage surge” applies to a fluctuation of supplied voltage to an electronic component that can be caused by, but not limited to, lightning, poor ground, insufficient supply or anything else that causes the voltage to fluctuate more than 10% from a normal 120 volts.
6) PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless a business account is set up in advance. A deposit may be required in advance for larger jobs. We accept cash, check, debit cards & credit cards listed.
